Add This Personal Touch for Your VA Clients
Okay, here’s a little tip I wish I knew earlier — always ask for your client’s physical mailing address in your VA contract! Trust me, it’s a total game-changer.
If you ever find yourself in a sticky situation where a client is refusing to pay, having their address on hand means you can send a certified letter demanding payment. It’s a super professional way to get things moving and hopefully avoid any unnecessary headaches.
But on the flip side — getting their address opens up a whole world of awesome opportunities! Think thank-you cards, surprise gifts, a cute welcome packet, or just something that lets them know you appreciate them. And let’s be real: who doesn’t love getting REAL mail? You’ll make their day, I promise!
Just a little something to add that extra personal touch to your VA biz. ✨
